Terry has been with Intercon since 1997 and has been working in the industry since 1993. Terry is one of our most influential team members and has been instrumental in the growth of our company. Terry started out as a technician before being promoted to his current position in 2001. Terry organizes the flow of work through all of the departments within our company. Terry fields many of the service related inquiries and is also fluent in the many software packages needed to manufacture the custom truck bodies our customers have come to expect.

Ray has been with the Intercon since 1997. Prior to his current position as quotation specialist, Ray had occupied the position as shop supervisor from 1997 to 2001. Ray is knowledgeable in all aspects of the truck equipment business.

Catherine is our newest addition to the front office team from Winter of 2018. With a background in business management and sales, Catherine helps run the accounting department for accounts payable, receivable, and inbound phone calls for customers.

Jerry has been with the company since 2014 and works our showroom parts counter. Jerry helps customers quickly locate the parts they require so they can get back to business. Jerry also assists with the ordering of parts and scheduling of repairs and service.

Russell started at Intercon shortly after graduating high school in 2004 and has filled many important positions’ from technician, machine operator and shop supervisor. Russell is fluent in the many software packages needed to manufacture the custom truck bodies that flow through our shop. Russell is the retail showroom manager and also fields most customer service inquiries. In having experienced so many aspects of our business, Russell is the perfect point of contact for just about anything here at Intercon.

Rob Bowman got his start in the industry in 2001 where he was in outside sales for E. Lehnert & Sons in Baltimore.  Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment ultimately purchased E. Lehnert & Sons in 2002 where Rob worked in both inside and outside sales.  Rob was hired by Crest Truck Equipment which later became Reading Equipment & Distribution in late 2002 where he worked as a territory manager until 2009. In 2009 Rob then went to work for M-B Companies, a manufacturer of line striping equipment, where he was a regional sales manager before becoming national sales manager in 2014.  Rob joined Intercon to manage day to day operations as General Manager in 2016.
