Aubrey McCoy

Bio
Aubrey McCoy joined the Accounting department of Intercon in January of 2020. Although new to the roll, she brings with her an extensive background in customer service, marketing, accounting, and management after 6 years working in the health and fitness industry. Aubrey manages the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. Some of her other responsibilities include fielding incoming calls and maintaining up to date customer and vendor records.

Victor Bonnett

Bio
Victor Bonnett has been with Intercon since 2003.  Victor got his start with Keller Truck Equipment before being hired by Intercon to work in the parts department under the tutelage of the late Bob Schroder.  After helping out in the shop with snow plow and toolbox installations, it was mutually decided that Victor’s skillset could be best utilized by working as a mechanic.  In 2019, Victor accepted a new position where he now oversees the shop personnel.

Bill Wise Jr.

Bio
Billy Wise Jr. got his start in the industry in 2012 under the guidance of his father. Eager to learn everything he could, he quickly became a well-rounded mechanic. His solid work ethic paired with the pride he takes in his work has earned him the position of lead mechanic.

Bill Wise Sr.

Bio
Bill Wise Sr. has spent over 20 years honing his craft in the truck equipment industry.  Bill got his start in 1996 with Fallsway Spring & Equipment Co. where he installed springs and suspension components before expanding his skill set to truck equipment.  Bill joined Intercon in 2005 and specializes in central hydraulic systems and many other complex installs. He enjoys his work as he views each job as an opportunity for a new and interesting set of challenges. Bill is currently utilizing his extensive experience and entusiasm to benefit the shop as a lead mechanic on the heavy equipment side.

Mitchell Ayres

Bio
Mitch Ayres started with Intercon in August 2014 as a welder/fabricator. Thirteen years of prior metal fabrication experience helped to enhance his skills with the production of custom truck beds which is one of the specialty items created by ITE.  In 2018 Mitch became lead fabricator, and then in 2019 he was promoted to Floor Supervisor.  Mitch strives to instill pride with the team members for high quality products produced by the fabrication department.

Rick Springer

Bio
Rick has been with Intercon Truck Equipment since 2016 and is the Central PA Municipal Sales Manager. Rick spent 20 years in the coal mining industry repairing and troubleshooting hydraulics before entering the truck equipment industry in 1995. Rick has focused primarily on the municipal market since 2003. Rick has extensive knowledge of the applications and specifications required to build the best municipal vehicle for you.

Craig Waddle

Bio
Craig Waddle officially has been around the truck equipment industry all his life. He initially worked summers for Waddle Truck Equipment doing odd jobs in the shop, moving next to delivering completed vehicles before being hired as an outside salesman in 1991. Craig Waddle has been Jerry Jr.’s closest associate for over 20 years. His main focus is municipal sales, heavy truck dealer sales and custom applications.

Jerry Southern, Jr.

Bio
Jerry Jr. started out as a shop technician at Eastern Truck Body in 1989 and then onto shop supervisor at Intercon Truck Equipment in Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1996. Jerry relocated to Baltimore, MD in 1996 when Intercon Truck Equipment acquired Waddle Truck Equipment. Jerry is responsible for operations at Intercon Truck Equipment in Maryland. Jerry also supervised the expansion of the business into custom truck body manufacturing.

Mark Dembeck

Bio
Mark has been employed with Intercon since 2003 and accepted the position of paint shop supervisor in 2010. Mark has worked in body and paint shops since he was 16 years old and definitely knows the detail it takes to get the job done right the first time. Mark inspects each job that leaves his department and makes sure he is proud to put his name on it. Mark uses top quality products and puts 110% into everything he does.

Tim Krebs

Bio
Tim has been with Intercon since 1996 and was the first team member hired in Maryland. Tim has extensive knowledge of the installation and manufacturing processes that allow the vehicles to flow through our shop. This extensive knowledge has earned him his current position as quality control manager. Tim meticulously inspects all vehicles prior to leaving our shop to make sure you have the perfect work truck.
