The GPC X1-LDF-series liftgates are the lightest cantilever-type liftgate solutions for Cargo Vans (and they use the fewest amount of parts due to the patented X1 technology).

RAILIFT

Maxon was the first to bring the rail style liftgate to the United States during the 1970s. The Railift Series is a classic that never goes out of style because its heavy-duty level ride and dock loading capability are designed to handle some of the most demanding distribution requirement.

The Railift Series is ideal for bulk delivery and wheeled cargo with a combination of dock and street delivery. Railift lift gates provide a level ride through-out the lift for maximum load stability.

The ultimate goal of the groundbreaking new DMD design is to offer a high performing medium-duty Raillift combined with low maintenance needs. The DMD features two direct acting cylinders versus competing concepts with one horizontal cylinder and cables and/or pulleys. Consequently, the DMD has fewer moving parts resulting in less ongoing maintenance.

Maxon took the RC model a step further by offering the RCT, which expanded the capabilities to include a platform that stores below bed level and in dock- ready position.

Non-conventional loading practices require unique liftgate solutions. Maxon’s RC-CS is ideal for gas bottle delivery, with a capacity of 3,000 to 4,000 lbs and features an integrated cylinder securing system.

CONVENTIONAL

Conventional liftgates are the original style of liftgate. These liftgates are stored flush against the door of trucks or trailers, and they often serve as the actual door or tailgate to these vehicles. Designed for general freight loading, conventional liftgates can be used with trucks and trailers.

Maxon’s conventional liftgate offerings provide exceptional reliability and offer a wide range of platform sizes for many different uses.

Maxon’s GPC is the first North American designed and manufactured cantilever liftgate. For applications that require the extreme flexibility, or large platform of a cantilever lift, the GPC offers superior performance, coupled with Maxon’s capable service. Now, choosing a cantilever-style gate doesn’t mean long waits for parts, or wondering who will support the gate in the future.

Maxon’s GPC-series liftgates are the first North American-designed and manufactured cantilever-style gates. They provide high lifting capacity (to 4,400 lbs) with large platforms and exceptional stability for both trucks and trailers.

All of Maxon’s conventional liftgates offer exceptional stability and security, thanks to their ability to level the load on virtually any surface or terrain. Coupled with the convenience of potentially using the platform as the actual vehicle rear door and reliability that’s been proven internationally, they’re ideal for general freight handling where dock loading isn’t frequently required.

TUK-A-WAY

Maxon invented the Tuk-A-Way liftgate so that the platform can fold and stow under the truck body in the dock ready position. Today, Maxon offers a wide range of steel and aluminum platforms of different sizes along with various bed height options.

The key to success for the Tuk-A-Way product line is that the platform is neatly out of the way when not needed and/or in the case of dock loading.

The standard Tuk-A-Way product line has evolved into a wide variety of gates accommodating light and medium-duty trucks. Economical, lightweight designs such as the TE-12/ TE-20 are ideal for smaller trucks, while workhorse models like the TE-25/TE-30 provide excellent value.

All of Maxon’s Tuk-A-Ways are low maintenance. The heavy-duty extension plates are made from 1/4” thick diamond plate and have sturdy tubing and channel to help prevent loading damage. The models also feature a weather sealed pump box that protects against the elements.

The TE-15 and TE-20 Series of Tuk-A-Way liftgates are the economical choice for general purpose applications requiring 1,500 lbs. to 2,000 lbs. lifting capacity. The minimum laden bed height of 36” makes the TE-15 and TE-20 an ideal solution for low bed height applications.

Maxon’s GPT series gates provide the exceptional capacity and durability you need for the most demanding applications. Up to 5,000 lbs lift and a large, 60 x 80″ platform make short work of the largest loads.

SLIDELIFT

Maxon’s slider-type gates stow horizontally underneath the truck or trailer. They don’t need extension plates and therefore can accommodate roll-up as well as swing doors. Maxon offers slide-type products with level ride (GPSLR) as well as level-ramping ride (GPS). Maxon’s slide-type gates include rugged design and smart features like an optional hand held remote control, dual cart stops, and auto leveling.

With the introduction of the GPSLR series and optional SmartStow™ technology, Maxon has made these liftgates even easier to use. Press one button and SmartStow makes everything else automatic: detecting the correct height, stowing securely, and locking in place. Combined with a hydraulic locking system which locks the gate securely during transit, the GPSLR is the most full-featured, intelligent slider on the market.

GPST

X1 technology utilizes only one lift and one tilt cylinder, resulting in less parts, and less maintenance costs.
Two opposing cylinders slide in and out resulting in a smooth and reliable deployment.
The Quick Lock mechanism carries the load (not the rollers) and avoids platform bouncing when moving load from the truck to the platform.
Flip-over section is torsion spring assisted.
2-speed cylinders slow the platform when it touches the ground, and tilts down automatically.

COLUMNLIFT

Maxon’s BMR Columnlift is the culmination of all the best technology, features, and options of any liftgate on the market, offering superior performance—by any measure.

Maxon’s BMR is unlike any other direct-type lift on the market. Built tough with rugged columns to withstand dock impacts, precision-engineered with self-centering rollers (optional slide pads available too) to eliminate the possibility of jams, and designed with lock valves for operator safety, the BMR offers superior performance — faster operation, lower power consumption, and reduced maintenance costs are only the start.

Every detail has been carefully thought through. LED taillights last longer, burn brighter, and don’t radiate heat, which can damage dock seals. The wiring harness features Deutsch electrical connectors that are watertight and have a snap-together fitting that ensures uninterrupted contact, thus eliminating most corrosion problems.
